Dates and dry fruit fudge (No oil and added sugar) vegan recipe
Desserts are loved by all but it is considered to be unhealthy as it contains high sugar and fat contents.
To make a healthy dessert we must skip refined sugar and fat from it. To make such dessert here I used dates which are a natural sweetener and full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These dates are evenly mixed with various dry fruits which are also considered a very healthy food.
Thus this dessert does not contain any refined sugar, harmful fat and any refined flour. It is also gluten-free. Diabetic patients also can consume in a controlled quantity.
