Really being an Indian my mother has the skill to cook many varieties with bitter-gourd . But guess what ? when I was a kid I doesn't used to even touch the curry because it's sour . Once I've grown , the immense ayurvedic and health benefits of bitter-gourd is making me to have it .
By eating many times , now I'm able to enjoy the good taste of it . I liked your Idea of adding pomegranates to the curry because it lessens the sourness . Thanks for the tip !!
I agree man as an indian we have to take it sometimes ignoring its sourness.😰
