Cream flavored cheese

-dense natural yoghurt - 1 liter

-5 cloves of garlic

-10 leaves of chives

-salt

-sugar

-pepper

We chop garlic and chive into small pieces.

In addition, crush pieces of garlic into the pulp.

Then put yoghurt, garlic and chive in a bowl.

We mix everything thoroughly with a spoon.

Next we add salt, sugar and pepper for taste, not to much.

Again mix everything.

Now we are preparing a clean bowl and gauze measuring 1 meter by 1 meter.

Put the gauze in a bowl and pour the mixed cream cheese.

Binds the gauze and cheese with a string and hang it over the bowl so that the water drips into the bowl.

We leave it for 24 hours and the cream cheese is ready.

After this time, translate to a clean bowl and store in the fridge.

We consume bread with it. Bon Appetit.
