說到咖啡,很多人都會習慣性的在連鎖的咖啡廳消費。連鎖咖啡廳的優勢當然是便利性,不管是自己購買或是跟朋友邀約,到處都看得到的特性自然容易刺激消費及提高市場佔有率。
但是我會去這間4MANO Caffe, 卻是特別衝著冠軍咖啡而去的。

4MANO還會舉辦一些精進咖啡技術或專業知識的培訓課程,可以看得出來對於咖啡的推廣有一種使命感。
這裏之所以被稱作冠軍咖啡,是因為這裏是由T.C.A. 台灣Barista咖啡大師競賽第一名的侯國全冠軍團隊所成立的。
店裏陳列了一些咖啡器具的收藏,也可以在這裡買部分咖啡器具。陳列的出版書籍及獎牌,成了最有利的宣傳。
想要自己在家裡也喝到冠軍咖啡的話,這裏提供了咖啡豆供大家選購,甚至可以在官網訂購喔!4MANO的配方採用了日曬耶加、水洗耶加和宏都拉斯三個產區的豆子,烘焙度落在中淺焙和中焙,風味主調性是柑橘風味,可以喝到豆子本身的好品質。

After choosing the meal you want, you can order it directly at the counter. Don't sit in your seat waiting for the waiter to order.
Low consumption is one drink per person and no outside food is allowed. There is no time limit on weekdays, and peak time is limited to 2hr meals.
In order to drink the quality of coffee beans, I decided to order black coffee instead of cappuccino or latte which I always drink. According to their recommendation, we selected two coffee for beginners to try.
開放式的工作區,可以看到工作人員操作的過程。
點餐的方式採自助式,選好自己想要的餐點後,直接到櫃檯點餐結帳,可別傻傻的一直坐在座位上等服務員來點餐喔!
低消是每人一杯飲料,不可攜帶外食。平日沒有限定時間,尖峰時間則限定2hr用餐。
看到menu的第一頁,我就傻眼了!什麼日曬處理、水洗處理、半水洗處理,我頂多就知道淺焙、中焙、深焙,這完全就超出我的理解。
menu的第二頁看起來就比較有親切感了,平常去咖啡廳都是點這種花式咖啡,又好喝又可以欣賞美麗的拉花藝術。
不過既然是一心來品嚐冠軍咖啡,自然是要點黑咖啡,才能喝出咖啡豆的優劣,所以我只好懷著忐忑心虛的心情到櫃檯去請教工作人員。
工作人員很有耐性的跟我解釋日曬和水洗處理過的豆子在口味上有什麼差別,原諒我記性太差,無法如實傳達。我們根據他們的推薦,選擇了兩款適合初學者嘗試的咖啡,
The coffee shop is close to the Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station of MRT.
The Zhongxiao branch is a simple industrial style with dark wooden tables and chairs.
I heard that the decoration styles of other branches are very different, even the menu is not the same. I would like to try another branch some other time.
我去的是忠孝店,從忠孝新生捷運站2號出口出來,穿過小公園到後面的巷子,交通非常方便。若是開車去,在附近找車位不太好找,我整整繞了半個多小時才找到路邊的停車格可以停。
忠孝店屬於沈穩的工業風,深色的木質桌椅,點綴暖黃的燈光,裝潢上比較簡潔。
一入門口的座位,有一張6人的桌子,坐的是高的吧台椅,人多的話可以坐這裏。其他的座位大都是二人或四人座。
聽說其他分店的裝潢風格有很大的區別,甚至連菜單都不太一樣。改天一定要找機會去其他分店試試。

咖啡終於送上來了,小啜了一口,果然有驚喜的感覺。
我並不是特別愛喝黑咖啡的人,因為我不愛淺焙咖啡的酸味,但是過於重烘焙的咖啡卻又有種帶中藥的苦味。
但是這裏喝的咖啡,除了淡淡的果酸味之外,還有微微的甜味,更神奇的是竟然還可以喝出果香及花香。我和朋友分別點了不同口味的咖啡,我雖然說不出到底是什麼果香,但是我們兩人的咖啡喝到的果香味明顯不同,讓我對黑咖啡有了重新的評價。
從一開始的熱咖啡喝到後來有些冷掉,並沒有因為冷掉就出現澀味,真的很厲害!
我們這次都是點單品咖啡,並沒有點他們的義式咖啡,可是從網路上看其他網友的評價,似乎他們的義式咖啡也都很好喝。
雖然打著冠軍咖啡的旗號,他們的飲料種類還蠻多元的。他的歐式花茶,是有著法國古老歷史的達蔓茶中精選出來的五款好茶,講究程度也不遑多讓。
In addition to coffee, I ordered the highest-rated dessert here-mochi waffles. I ordered blueberry chocolate.
A flower-shaped waffle made from a piece of rock filled with sugar powder to make 4MANO LOGO. The rough rock and the finely decorated muffin create a sense of conflict and harmony.
Every piece of the flower has cream and blueberries for decoration. It's a good design to pick up a slice and eat it without cutting it.
The outer layer of waffle is very crisp. You can eat warm mochi fillings while you eat them hot. The bittersweet chocolate and the sour taste of the blueberry make the muffins more delicious.
The amount of one serving is quite large, and it is recommended that two or more people can share it together.
除了咖啡之外,我特別點了這裏評價最高的甜點-麻糬鬆餅,我點的口味是藍莓巧克力。
麻糬鬆餅一上桌,我眼睛都亮了!光看這顏值,還沒吃我就已經心花怒放,難怪會如此受歡迎。
排成花朵狀的鬆餅,以岩石片做為盛裝的器皿,上面用糖粉做出4MANO的LOGO,粗獷的岩石與裝飾精緻的鬆餅形成一種矛盾又協調的衝突感,特別有味道。
每一片花辦都有奶油和藍莓做裝飾,一片片拿起來吃,不需要再切,真是個好設計。
鬆餅的外層非常酥脆,趁熱吃可以吃到暖暖的麻糬內餡,外酥內Q,這種口感不是一般鬆餅可以比的,巧克力的苦甜加上藍莓的酸味,鬆餅吃起來更爽口。一份的份量還挺大的,建議可以兩人以上分食。

草莓盛產季節還會推出季節限定的草莓麻糬鬆餅,大約是2月~4月中間,雖然價格不便宜,但是那鮮豔欲滴的草莓實在令人很難抗拒呀!

I am amazed by this visit, whether it is coffee or waffles, and there are many meals I want to try. I already start thinking about who to bring next, and I would like to order something more next time.
這次造訪,不論咖啡或是鬆餅都令我驚豔,而且還有好多想要嘗試的餐點。我已經開始在想下次要帶什麼人來,還想再點什麼餐點了。

The Husky I had previously photographed in my last post is actually the dog of 4MANO. He is named ”MANO“.
However, recently MANO has become a little angel because of malignant tumors, so 4MANO replace the wall of the front door with a picture of MANO. The big photos reveal deep sorrow. Death is one of the few helpless ones that cannot be solved with love!
為了寫這篇文章,我特地上4MANO的臉書官網看最新動態,卻發現一個令人傷心的消息。
我之前拍到的那隻二哈,原來是4MANO的店狗,他在這裏正式營運的前一天,拖著疲憊和濕淋淋的身體突然出現。隔了好一陣子都沒有找到他的主人,於是他就成了4MANO的一員,被取名做「MANO」
但是最近MANO因為惡性腫瘤去當小天使了,所以4MANO將店門口的牆面換成MANO的照片,大大的照片透露出深深的不捨,生死相隔是少數用愛也無法解決的無奈哪!

从把Mano照片当墙纸看得出这家咖啡店真的好有爱,我对咖啡没什么特别喜好了,不过咖啡店的甜品一直都超级好吃的
MANO跟他們很有緣,我看到都覺得很不捨。
我倒是不常在咖啡廳點甜點,這家是我在網路上搜尋,所以有看到大家都推薦麻糬鬆餅,我才點的。
应该很少人在这个店里点奶茶或果汁吧LOL

新聞報導說 3 in 1 咖啡裡面根本沒有咖啡,只有咖啡香精喔!
如果你真的想嘗試咖啡,可以從latte開始,大部份都是鮮奶,比較適合剛開始喝咖啡的人
