Chicken in lemon-cream sauce

Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts - 4 pcs.
Water - 100 ml
Bouillon cube - 1 pc.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 pc.
Hot pepper - ½ tsp.
Red onions - 1 pc.
Butter - 2 tbsp. l.
Cream 20-30% - 70 ml
Basil - 1 bunch
Olive oil - to taste
Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Beat the thick part of the chicken breast so that the thickness of the whole piece is uniform.
- Mix water, lemon juice, broth cubes and finely chopped garlic in a cup, warm everything in a microwave and mix well.
- In olive oil, brown the breasts until they are browned. Put the breasts on a plate.
- Reduce the heat, fry the finely chopped onions in the same pan, add the mixture from the bouillon cube; evaporate, stirring constantly, 8-10 minutes.
- When the sauce thickens, remove it from the heat, add butter and whisk until it melts completely. Add cream and whisk well. Place the frying pan back on the stove for only 30 seconds, do not allow the sauce to boil. Put the chicken into the sauce and send it to the oven for 10 minutes, heated to 180 ° C.
