Soursop cotton ... sweet enjoyment
Hello steemians friends, today I want to share a dessert that is super easy to make, very rich and super economical. It is a dessert made with a tasty fruit, as is the Soursop, a fruit that contains a large amount of vitamin C and has anti-cancer properties.
Below I share the ingredients and step by step so that together we can make this exquisite dish:
Ingredients:
1kg 200 grs Soursop pulp (without seeds)
½ kg of sugar
Red liquid coloring for desserts
Preparation method:
- Place the soursop pulp in a pan and put it to cook over medium heat.
- After about 5 minutes we place the sugar in its entirety, stirring very carefully with a fork.
- We hope that its maximum boiling begins to place the red dye; we lower the fire to a minimum (This way you can release the fruit, all the liquid we need) and let it cook the soursop for approximately 30 minutes.
- After that time we turn off our dessert and we can see how a thick honey forms in the sweet.
- We place our guanabana sweet in a container, let it cool to room temperature and then we take it to the refrigerator for an approximate time of 2 hours or until we decide to taste it.
