Serawut / Sawut
Material :
½ kg cassava
1 tablespoon sugar
Just enough brown sugar, fine comb
Salt to taste
Ways of making :
- Peel cassava, wash clean, & rough drawstring.
- Mix the grated cassava, sugar, brown sugar & salt.
- Steam - / + 30 minutes.
- Serawut with grated coconut that has been steamed
