OMELET LIKE IN THE SKY / EASY AND DELICIOUS

Heyyy I go back to @steemit with this delicious recipe, I hope they do it because it is so good. Just a moment ago I just did it at home, I just opened the fridge, I saw that there was to cook and I decided to make this omelette. There is no better name for this, LIKE IN THE SKY.

They need:

3 eggs
1/4 courgette
1/2 little onion
1 tablespoon pecorino or parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon milk cream
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of mustard powder
1 pinch of oregano
1 teaspoon oil

Preparation: Add to a preheated frying pan with little oil, the onion, minced and the striped zucchini (use a cheese grater for this step), add the oregano, the mustard powder and sauté for a few minutes until they crystallize.

Then with a hand whisk or a fork, beat the eggs, and add the cream, the pecorino, the pinch of salt and add them to the pan. Wait for it to cook a little.

Then when the liquid has dried a little, turn it over carefully, cover it and let it dry a little, and it will be ready to eat.

I accompany her with a delicious rice, you can do it with whatever you want .. !!
