It is made out of 2 different kinds of flour - wheat (20 %) & rye (80 %). So, mix the flour by adding a bit of salt & baking soda. Then add hot water & knead it with your hands until you get the bread paste. shape it as you wish. Leave it like this over night in some warm place in the kitchen & bake it the day after on 200 °C in the oven for approx. 45-60 min. Pull it out, put it on a wooden plate or board & cover it with a clean cotton kitchen rag & wait until it cools off. That's it! Enjoy your home-made bread!
