How does the Baltic lunch look like? + original photos

The Baltic region is known for its picturesque horizon. The beautiful nature all around the cities makes it a wonderful place to be in the fall.

After a lovely stroll, time to grab some traditional lunch!

This time, we are having fried potato pancakes with sour cream:

And some curd dumplings with strawberry pure on a side:

These two very symbolic dishes form part of the Baltic heritage and are extremely delicious!
