Stay Fit without sacrificing your favorite food

This is the most common question as everybody wants to be fit but they can't stop eating their favorite food
What if i tell you that you can still be fit with eating all those junks or food that you love you don't have to start eating boiled food or follow any diet routine. You might have also noticed your friend you eats junks with your is still fit or slim and you are getting fat.

Why you get Fat?

You get fat not because what you eat but mostly because the calories you take is more than what you burn that is
if you're taking 3000 calories a day then you gotta burn 3000 calories to stay fit and if you don't then the un-burnt will be stored as fat in your body.

~Some Tips~

  • Walk after Dinner and in Morning if possible
  • Drink a lot of Water
  • Try to chew your food and eat it slow
  • Don't drink a lot of water while eating
