Puff pastry with meat filling
A very simple recipe for meat pie from puff pastry filo. In case you
have a piece of boiled beef or chicken left in the fridge.
200 g of filo test (or puff pastry)
250 g of boiled meat
salt, pepper to taste
50 g melted butter
sesame for sprinkling
Boiled meat to pass through a meat grinder, to taste add salt and
pepper. If you want to get a more juicy filling, you can add greens or
fried onions.
In a buttered cake form, lay half the sheets of dough filo,
lubricating each leaf with melted butter. Lay out the meat filling and
cover the remaining sheets of filo, cutting the edges in shape or
bending inward. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 20
minutes until golden brown.
