[Dessert] - Watermelon Balls on Shaved Milky Ice

A refreshing bowl of watermelon piled on a mountain of milk flavored shaved ice is a great dessert for any season! This adorable dessert is very popular in my area, it's sweetness is not overwhelming and the portion is large enough for 2 or 3 to share.

My favorite part about this dessert is that there are little chunks of watermelon buried under all the shaved ice, by the time you get to it, it's become this chewy texture that's indescribable. If I had to compare it, the texture is similar to the the lychee piece in the jello I used to eat as a kid if you were to freeze it! (refer to image below.)
