INGREDIENTS
500 g of biscuits
400 g strawberries
250 ml whipped cream (as fat as possible)
250 g mascarpone (at room temperature)
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 ampoules of vanilla essence
1 vial essence of lemon
350 ml lemonade (lemon juice + 3 teaspoons of vanilla sugar + 280 ml of warm water)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Tiramisu with strawberries - without baking, without much work and with an exceptional taste! With its sweet-sour and fresh taste, it goes perfectly on hot summer days as an alternative to the classic tiramisu with ness.
Wash the strawberries and hold a hand-two of them to decorate the last layer. Over the rest, pour a spoon of sugar into a bowl. Leave them for about an hour to get the juice out of them. Using a blender, pour the strawberries with sugar.

Blend the cream, the rest of the sugar and vanilla with a mixer until you get a strong and homogeneous foam. Add mascarpone (made by home after the recipe here), gradually and stir, slowly increasing speed, until homogenization (Do not beat too much time, risk to cut).

Squeeze the lemon, combine it with vanilla sugar and lemon essence and dilute with lukewarm water. Soak the chips in turn in lemonade and put them on the bottom of the tray.

Spread a layer of strawberry purée on top, then put half the cream on top of them. Then another layer of skewers soaked in lemonade. Spread the rest of the strawberry and cream on top and decorate with the strawberry hand held at the top, sliced.

It gets cold between 20 minutes and 3 hours.
