Shrimp & Crabmeat Grilled Cheese with Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
-1 pound of large Shrimp
-1/2 or 3/4 pounds of Crab meat
-1 teaspoon of Olive Oil
-2 slices of Bread
-2 tablespoons of Butter
-3 minces Garlic Cloves
-4 slice of provolone cheese and shredded cheese
-Dried parsley
-Salt

Instructions:
Preheat the skillet to medium heat and add your butter and garlic, let that cook for about 2 minutes before adding your shrimp. When your shrimp is throughly cooked, add some butter then add your crab meat and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.

For you garlic bread, add 1 tablespoon of butter in a sauce pan, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder and some dried parsley. Melt the butter and mix the ingredients all together. Spread the melted butter evenly over your bread.

Make your sandwich by adding your provolone cheese first, then some shredded cheese. Add your crab meat first, then more shredded cheese. After that, add your shrimp on top and place your last two slices of provolone on top of your shrimp. Grill your sandwich and you’re done.
