Shrimp Chicken Rolade
Leather material:

- Mixed flour, egg whites and a little salt with water, stir well (medium density)
-Bread crumbs

Way:
• Mix all ingredients, mix well and store in refrigerator 15 minutes
• Take one omelet sheet, spread it with stuffing material, spread it and roll, wrap it with aluminum foil or plastic tie both ends tightly
Steam 20-25 minutes until done
• after the cold cut pieces
• Dip the rolade into the flour mixture and roll it onto the bread crumbs
• Fry until golden
