"SINUGBA" or Grilled pork and fish for all occasion

In Philippines, sinugba or sugba refers to nearly any food that’s cooked on a grill over charcoal. It is one of the known Filipino food prepared in any occasion, either you go to the beach, party, fiesta, birthday or even just a regular day at home.
Most of us know that "Adobo" is the most well known food in the Philippines, but some natives said that "Sinugba" is most likely just the same.
