My Chicken Masala With A Twist!! HOMEMADE

Before learning to cook this dish, I was watching a lot of videos on
YouTube and TV.

I was not really big fan of eating Indian food, but my boyfriend like to eat this kind of food once in a while,
So when we heard that the Indian restaurant that we used to go will be closed in a month, I decided to study on how to cook this dish.

The first time I made chicken masala, I thought it wouldn't be right and I'm a little bit worried at that time.
But surprisingly, my King liked it! He told me it was good that I was able to shout Hallelujah!!hahaha

MY CHICKEN MASALA!!!

INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN
TOMATOES
CURRY MASALA FOR CHICKEN
DIGGI MIRCH
YOGURT/SOUR CREAM
ONIONS, GARLIC, GINGER, GREEN PEPPER
LEMON
PARSLEY

Every time I make chicken masala, I always make my own tortilla.
I prefer to make it rather than buying. Of course, you can buy your tortilla.

TORTILLA

Making tortilla is fun! I love this part. It's like making pizza dough.

Serving cooked tortilla. It's not burnt. I just like it when I cooked it this way.

INGREDIENTS IN MAKING TORTILLA!!
flour
baking powder
oil any kind of oil
milk or you can use water but for me I prefer milk
salt


DINNER IS SERVED!!
