Yes a high protien diet works with daily workouts. Also what works is ketogenic diet with daily workouts, i lots 30 pounds in 2 months. Key is if you put it in your mouth, you have to work it off. Its not genetics that makes people overweight, its what they put in there mouth. Nice post.
