Continuing the proud tradition of spamming the feeds of hungry steemians, I present to you, today's dinner.
- almond crusted jerk marinated chicken breast,
- Steamed broccoli, beets and carrot, raw yellow and red bell peppers, cucumber,
- mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy, extra mushroom.
This looks like something a Southerner would fix. Looks great!
Sweet Angelina Jolie I don't eat vegetables but that just looks delicious !
Do you add a touch of milk to your mashed potatoes?

Yea man, melt butter, cream cheese, touch of (coconut) milk, spices, hit it with the electric mixer, GODLIKE mashed potatoes friend!
