HUNGOVER DELIGHTS #11 CHEESE, BACON AND CURLY FRIES ONE.
Fries in a baked toastie, need I say more!!
Ingredients
- Packet of curly fries (McCain etc.) you know what I'm talking about
- 8 rashers of bacon
- 4 slices of bread
- 6 slices of cheese (Edam, Masdaam, Gouda).
- Oregano & Cajun spices
- Salt and pepper
1 - Get the bacon and the curly fries in the oven as directed and the bacon until almost crispy.
2 - Prepare the slices of bread as seen below with the cheese on both slices.
3 - When the bacon and fries are ready, prepare as seen below.
4 - Season with cajun spice, oregano and S & P.
5 - Bring the slices together and wrap tight in foil together.
6 - Place the wrapped toasties into the oven at 180 celcius for about 15 - 20min.
7 - Remove and gently unwrap (careful the foil will be quite hot and the cheese will be sticky.
8 - Serve with some of the extra curly fries you have left over and have over a cold winters day.
