Today's Sushi Lunch

Presentation is an important part of the sushi eating experience.
Look how beautiful one of my favorite sushi chefs prepped my lunch today.
This is just two rolls, can you believe it?

The first roll is a crunchy, spicy scallop & tuna roll volcano'd(spicy crabstick).
The second roll is a Mexican roll pocano'd(spicy real crabmeat topping heated).
Both rolls topped with smoked tuna, yummy.

This was the third time since Saturday I've had sushi and like Mexican food for me I never burn out eating it.
