Turkey pie with brussels sprouts and eggs

We once cook a similar ham pie, but today the dough is a little complex and the filling is more flavorful.

Ingredients:
Filling:
- Smoked turkey, 150 gr.
- Brussels sprouts, 200 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Eggs, 2 PCs.
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Seasoning "Provencal herbs", 1 gr.
- Dill
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
Dough:
- Flour, 120 gr.
- Sour cream 20%, 180 gr.
- Eggs, 2 PCs.
- Sugar, 10 g.
- Baking powder, 5 gr.
Put two eggs in cold water, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, wait 12 minutes, fill with cold water, clean and cut into cubes.
Cut the brussels sprouts into quarters and remove the core if it is bitter. Cut the turkey into slices, chop the onion into a small cube, and chop the garlic and dill finely.
Heat a little vegetable oil and fry the onion and garlic for a minute and a half on high heat.
Add the turkey, brussels sprouts, seasoning, and fry for a minute and a half.
Add cutted eggs, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, dill, salt, pepper to taste, stir and remove from the heat.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix two eggs, flour, sour cream, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt. Carefully knead the dough with a whisk.
Pour half of the dough on the bottom of the baking form.
Put the filling.
Fill with the remaining dough and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and herbs.
