Sea bass with teriyaki and shrimps
Hello!
Today we will cook fish in Japanese style: in teriyaki sauce with shrimps and breadcrumbs.

Cooking time: 20 min.
Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
- Sea bass, fillet, 2 PCs.
- Shrimps, 100 gr.
- Teriyaki sauce, 50 gr.
- Breadcrumbs, 20 gr.
- Lemon juice, 5 ml
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Cilantro
- Sesame for serving
Peel the garlic, chop it finely, mix it with teriyaki and lemon juice. Marinate the fish in the half of mixture and leave alone for ten minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C, put the fish on a baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes.
Mix the remaining marinade, prawns, finely chopped coriander and breadcrumbs.
Take out the fish, put the shrimps topping, and bake it for another three minutes. Let cool a little and serve with herbs and sesame seeds.
