Chicken with zuccini in cream sauce

Today we will continue the battle with the harvest and make a very tasty chicken with zucchini.

Preparation time: 30 min.
Number of servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet, 360 gr.
- Zucchini, 2 PCs.
- Sweet paprika, 1 gr.
- Cream (10%), 200 ml
- Onions, 1 PC.
- Flour, 12 gr.
- Thyme, 7-8 sprigs
- Basil, 8-10 leaves
- Arugula, , 2-3 sprigs
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Onions clean and cut into half rings. Zucchini cut into semicircles of half a centimeter thick.
Each chicken fillet cut in half, separate the thyme leaves from the branches, chop the Basil finely.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion on high heat for a minute and a half.
Add the chicken and fry for three minutes.
Add zucchini, paprika, thyme. Salt to taste, stir, cook for three minutes, transfer to a baking dish and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
In a dry saucepan over high heat, stirring constantly, fry the flour until lightly darkened.
Pour in the cream, add the basil, salt and cook on low heat for two minutes, stirring constantly.
Take the chicken out of the oven, add the sauce, stir lightly and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with arugula leaves.
