Chicken with vegetables in cream cheese sauce

Today we will cook simple, but very tasty dish. It can be used for both everyday dinner and holiday.

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast, 360 gr.
- Cream 10%, 200 ml
- Broccoli, 300 gr.
- Peas, 120 gr.
- Smoked Suluguni cheese, 50 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Carrots, 1 PC.
- Corn starch, 5 g.
- Coriander, 2 gr.
- Black pepper, vegetable oil, salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the chicken into chunks, onion and carrot into strips, grate the cheese on a large grater, cut the broccoli (cut the stalks smaller, the soft part in medium pieces). Starch dissolve in 50 ml of cold water.
Fry the onions and carrots over high heat in a small amount of vegetable oil for a minute, stirring constantly.
Add the broccoli stalks and continue cooking for two minutes.
Add the chicken, coriander, stir and continue to fry for five minutes.
Add broccoli, peas, stir and fry for two minutes.
Pour in the cream, a 1/3 of the cheese and starch. Mix, salt, pepper to taste, warm for a two of minutes on medium heat.
Put the contents of the pan in a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and baked in the oven for 10 minutes.
Serve.
