Broccoli cream soup

Today the classic is broccoli soup. Delicious, beautiful and very simple.

Ingredients:
- Broccoli, 500 gr.
- Cream (20%), 200 ml
- Chicken broth, 300 ml
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Nutmeg, pinch
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Butter, 30 gr.
- Salt
Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences and stems. The stems are cut into smaller pieces, onion cut into medium cubes, garlic finely.
Heat the butter and fry the onion for a couple of minutes over high heat.
Add the stems of broccoli, continue to fry for three minutes.
Put broccolie's inflorescences, garlic, and nutmeg.
Add the broth, bring to a boil and cook for five minutes until the stems are soft.
Punch blender, add cream, salt to taste, bring to a boil, turn off the heat and let stand for five minutes.
Serve with croutons, freshly ground black pepper, etc.
