Wait, I have to write more, right? Just writing "food" is not enough! What kind of post this will be if I'm that lazy?! Well, I'm trying to get back on my toes... hmmm... is that the right way to write that saying? Bah! I will write this in my style.... let's start this shit again!
FOOD ALERT!
Yoohoo steemies! Is been a while... nah, I won't repeat all the shit I've been through... you're welcome! Just because I was away (and being kicked hard by beeeeeeeeeeep life) doesn't mean I was starving to death! HELL NO! My tummy have been busy digesting all the goodies... except when I got flu the 2nd time, I didn't ate a thing. I curse you flu!!... So go and find some napkins and prepare to drool cause a bunch of pics of food are about to show here.
LET'S START THIS THING CAUSE I'M GETTING HUNGRY ALREADY!
Pasta penne with veggies and cottage cheese made by me. I'm trying to eat healthier since last December and even tho I don't always succeed, I can say at least I'm trying.
Chinese noodles!! If you're my friend you already know how much I love chinese food! I keep joking with my friends I will marry a chinese guy just to be able to eat homemade asian food all the time hehehe. I found a really nice restaurant near my house and they cook absolutely delicious... but I will never going to understand why they cut pork like that... looks kind of pervy! XD
Broccoli and cheese cream made by me, Is easy to make, healthy and delicious! It took me like 8 minutes to made it and takes the hunger away... I love broccoli and cheese!
So, @ackhoo says "If your throat hurts, eat ice cream"... and I follow Dr. AC instructions! Vanilla bean ice cream with some berries cause...eh... Vitamin C! I'm still good at making excuses and last minute stories! hehehe
Tacooooo uuuh- uuuh! ♫ I love mexican food and when I'm on the go and near a Taco Bell (jeez, free ad!) I always ask for a taco salad, is delicious... can't say is healthy... that salad have 800 calories... and I always add salsa to it...
Nothing says "get well soon" like a homemade veggie/chicken soup... made by me... who do you think cook in my house? Duh! This one here have pumpkin, potato, onions, peppers, carrots, chicken, celery, garlic, basil, oregano, paprika, parsley... and only God knows what other stuff cause I throw inside all I found. It was good! Yeah, I put the plate on top of the newspaper hahaha
Oh this one!!! I'm not a fan of yam... no, I don't like sweet tubers... but I wanna to give a try to this one aaaand it was good! This is pulled pork with yam in bourbon sauce... what a fancy Luz!
I only went to buy bread, I swear! but... then... that lady gave me a strawberry cakepop... and then... I saw the bavarian donuts... and chocolate cake...
See? I told you! Donuts, choco cake and cakepops... that bakery is evil! EVIL!
After all that sugaaaar... well, fruit it is!
Eh... I did said I love chinese food! Don't look at me like that! BTW, the dumplings and the orange breaded chicken was to die for!
Every time I go visit my dad he fills me with alcohol! ahahahah That's coquito, a puerto rican coconut drink. Taste like heaven! You never have enough of it!
Do you really thought I was gonna left the pork out of this?! Pffffffffr, nope! I love pork! Even tho I'm eating healthier now I eat pork at least once a week... who can say no to a nice, delicious pork!? Not me!
Whaaaat?! My throat was hurting again and a wild honey biscuit got into my ice cream! Who am I to tell to the poor biscuit to go away?!
This one is breaded tofu with sweet and sour sauce and I added tomatoes and strawberries. It was easy to make and delicious! Yeah, I made it... and you thinking me no cook! Shame on you!
I know, I know!! I love too much the chinese noodles! Jeez! Maybe they add drugs or something to that to make me addicted to it!
Cashew caramel popcorn!... No need to write much here, I just wanted you to drool with it!

Things are going pretty well here, although there have been some goat adventures. How are things with you? I gather you have had some challenges lately. I hope you're doing well.
Yeah, we had almost 3k quakes in my island. The south is sinking and completely destroyed. On top of that I got flu twice hahaha but all good now.... heading to see the goats now :D
Seriously? I don't have TV, so I don't get that kind of news, but I do get the newspaper, and I haven't heard about any of that. I am keeping my fingers crossed for your entire island, but for you in particular. You are my favorite Puerto Rican!
