Fried Banana in Coconut with Vanilla Ice-Cream...
This simple but delicious dessert is one of my favourites.
Small, sweet and ripe bananas are chosen and then rolled in desiccated coconut and fried quickly till they are crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside.
When combined with the cold vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce, I think this is the perfect dessert.
