Milkshake for breakfast
INGREDIENTS
Strawberry 100 g
Oatmeal 1.5 teaspoons
Low-Lactose Skim Milk 1 glass
Transparent honey to taste
Natural yogurt 1,5 tablespoons
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.Fry the oatmeal in a pan for a few minutes,until it becomes a deep golden brown
2.Place oatmeal and other ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
3.pour into a glass and cool
