Tasty Bacem Fried Chicken

Materials and seasonings needed

Main Ingredients

500 grams - chicken meat, cut into pieces according to taste then wash thoroughly
1 liter - young coconut water
2 sticks - lemongrass digeprek
3 sheets - bay leaf
100 grams - brown sugar / sugar
1 cm - galangal digeprek
1 tbsp - salt
1/2 tsp - powder stock
3 tablespoons - sweet soy sauce
2 eyes - tamarind dissolved with 3 tablespoons of water
Oil - enough to fry
Softened seasoning :

6 grains - red onion
5 cloves - garlic
1 tbsp - coriander
1/2 tsp - cumin
How to Make Bacem Chicken

Prepare a pan containing 1 liter of coconut water, add fine spices, salt, stock broth, galangal, brown sugar, bay leaves, sour water and lemongrass. Mix well, put the chicken and cook and simmer.
When the cooking water has begun to decrease, add sweet soy sauce. Gently stir and cook until cooked and seasoning absorbs, lifts and drain.
Heat a lot of oil in a pan, add the boiled chicken then fry for a while until browned or adjusted to taste. Don't forget to go back and forth while frying the chicken so it doesn't burn, lift and drain and then ready to be served.
