Beef on a cushion of onion puree
Good evening, dear friends . I wanted to share with you an interesting and fairly simple beef recipe, in Thai style. A couple of years ago, on one corporate, met a chef from Thailand, drank, all -walk, tequila, gin, all together. In the morning, on a hang-over, our Thai friend, has prepared for us this smart dish.

Ingredients:

Shallot onion - 30 grams
Chili pepper - 3 grams
Zira - 2gram
Oyster Sauce- 15grams
Onion puree -100 grams
Butter - 5 grams
COOKING STRATEGY Prepare the ingredients:
Cut beef
Cut the shallots into slices
Cut the celery strips
Cut the peppersFry beef in deep-fried, or on a small amount of oil, until light crust
On a hot frying pan fry vegetables
Add beef to vegetables
We cook onion puree (finely chop the onion, add butter and simmer on a small fire for 30 minutes, then add the cream and beat in a blender)
