Beef on a cushion of onion puree

Good evening, dear friends . I wanted to share with you an interesting and fairly simple beef recipe, in Thai style. A couple of years ago, on one corporate, met a chef from Thailand, drank, all -walk, tequila, gin, all together. In the morning, on a hang-over, our Thai friend, has prepared for us this smart dish.
Thanks to a special roast, the meat turns spicy and very delicate. And the vegetables perfectly complement the taste of the dish.

Ingredients:

  • Beef tenderloin, or flank steak -150 grams

  • Chili pepper - 3 grams

  • Zira - 2gram

  • Oyster Sauce- 15grams

  • Onion puree -100 grams

  • Butter - 5 grams

    COOKING STRATEGY

  • Prepare the ingredients:
    Cut beef
    Cut the shallots into slices
    Cut the celery strips
    Cut the peppers

  • Fry beef in deep-fried, or on a small amount of oil, until light crust

  • On a hot frying pan fry vegetables
