Hai sahabat steemit, di bulan ramadhan ini saya dapat rezeki nih (He he...), ada yang kirim buah rambutan.
Heemm...kelihatan segar-segar, warnanya pun sangat bagus.
Sahabat steemit, buah rambutan adalah salah satu buah tropis asli Indonesia. Buah ini ada musimnya, tapi tak jarang juga di hari hari biasa kita bisa mendapati buah rambutan ini.
Karena saat ini sudah dibudidayakan secara besar.
Buah rambutan mempunyai rasa yang segar, manis, dan harganya juga terjangkau semua kalangan loh. Tapi buah rambutan ini kaya akan vitamin C dan mineral.
Sahabat steemit memang kita sudah terbiasa mengkonsumsi buah rambutan secara langsung tanpa harus diolah, namun akhir akhir ini kreatifitas bisa merubah buah yang biasanya dimakan begitu saja, jadi lebih punya taste (heemm benar loh).
Buah rambutan bisa juga dibuat seperti leci untuk campuran es buah, bisa juga dibuat dodol, bisa di jus, dan ini yang akan saya bagi ke sahabat steemit. Buat cemilan segar waahh buah rambutan ini super oke.

Rujak buah rambutan
Bahan- bahan :
- 1 kg buah rambutan
- 2 buah jeruk nipis
- 6 buah jeruk purut
- 1/2 ons cave merah buang bijinya
- 5 buah cabe rawit (yang merah )
- Garam secukupnya
- Gula secukupnya
- Air secukupnya
Nah, mari kita mulai mengolahnya
Cara membuat
Langkah 1
- Kupas buah rambutan
Buang bijinya - Berikan perasan jeruk
Nipis - Ulek kasar cabe
Merah yg sudah
dibuang bijinya - Iris cabe rawit
Langkah 2
Bahan bahan tersebut dicampurkan (termasuk gula, garam dan perasan jeruk nipisnya). Dan supaya lebih harum serta segar rujak rambutannya bisa diberi toping jeruk purut/jeruk sate diatas rujak rabutan tersebut, heemm... pastinya segar dan harum, serta mengundang selera, selamat mencoba.

- 6 kaffir lime
