Pumpkin
You can cook them in different ways and always be very tasty.
We propose that you fill the pumpkin with chicken and have a light, low calorie and healthy weight
You need:
▪ 2-3 onions,
▪ 2-3 garlic cloves,
▪ 4-5 puppies,
▪ 2-3 chicken files (or a chicken breasts),
▪ Peeled specimens,
▪ salt,
▪ pepper,
▪ keçap,
▪ 2 dl sour cream.
cooking:
Grate the onion in the oil, add the garland, and the pumpkin leaves, drain and deepen until they take the shape of the boat, while the pieces extracted from the deepening of the pumpkins wait in cubes and add to the onion.
Separate chicken meat, hold in cubes and add the prepared composition.
All marinate together until water evaporates, add the peeled specimen, sprinkle salt and pepper.
Fill the pumpkin with the prepared composition, place in a fire-resistant or baking trays and bake over the kebab before baking.
When the pumpkin is almost ripe, extract it from the oven, squeeze the sour cream and bring it back to the oven to make it slightly ripen
