Ingredients:

▪ 2 eggs
▪ 2 teaspoons of olive oil
▪ a teaspoon of pepper
▪ half squeezed lemon
▪ sea salt
Preparation:
Preheat oven above 220 degrees;
Wait for avocado on two halves and remove the seed;
