We will need 1-2 kg of fish, 2 onions, tomatoes, champignons, 4-6 large potatoes, peas 10 allspice, parsley, 2 bay leaves, salt and black pepper to taste, 1-2 green onions and beam 150 ml champagne (but the best vodka). First, clean the vegetables in boiling water and then drop the sliced ​​potatoes and whole crude (washed and without roots) bulb. You can cut it in half. After 10 minutes, add the diced parsley root and carrots, champignons. Cook for about 10 - 15 minutes.

At this time, we clean the fish, cut into pieces. Now we drop into the broth a fish, fish heads, bay leaf, black pepper, add the fresh tomatoes 2 - 3 pieces, salt and cook for another 15 - 20 minutes.

At the very end add 200 ml champagne. But the best vodka. Before removing the ear with the fire add parsley and dill.

Fish soup is ready.
