Homemade Aloo Gobi ( potato and Cauliflower) recipe.
Aloo Gobi is a traditional recipe and it is cooked mostly in Arab and south Asian countries. People eat it in summer season and its easy to make. Rich and poor both eat it because its vegetables are not that expensive. Although its fattening but some people eat it frequently 4 to 5 times a week. Main ingredient in this recipe is potato and Cauliflower.
