Spaghetti with Fantastic Garlic Sauce - Gluten Free! Kids friendly
Make your Kids help in the kitchen and the meal they've prepared will taste extra delicious (simple trick! )
This is an easy way to have kids involve in meal preparation and at the same time teaching them to learn about healthy eating and develop variety of skills from early childhood.
During that time you can explain to your kids what are the benefits of eating of healthy foods.

Easy and quick to make, yet delicious and very satisfying ;)
Your kids will enjoy preparing this dish!
Ingredients for the sauce:
- 1L creased tomatoes (blended)
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb of meat (beff, turkey.....any, your choice)
- salt and pepper to taste
- dry basil and oregano to taste
- parmesan cheese
Start by chopping the onion and mincing the garlic
Heat up a large skillet with the olive oil
and brown the onion and garlic
Add the choice of ground meat (turkey, chicken, beff)
to the onion/garlic mixture
and continue cooking on low-medium heat until nicely cooked and browned
Add the blended tomatoes
Add basil and oregano
also, salt and pepper if needed
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes
Prepare your spaghetti pasta
Cook the pasta
according to the package instruction
Combine the pasta with the meaty tomato sauce
Shred some parmesan cheese on top!
I think no kido will reject this dish ;)
