In Spain churros sell in street bistros, restaurants and shops, so I wanted to try to cook this delicious dessert and taste the taste of Spain :).

The secret of the sweetness of churros taste is that after roasting churros in oil, it should be sprinkled with sugar.

Flour - 350 g

Sugar - 50 g

Salt - pinch

Water 450 g

Olive oil - 60 g

Sugar - for sprinkling

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and olive oil. Put the pan on the stove and bring to a boil.

  2. Mix flour, sugar and salt in the mixer bowl.

  3. Prepare a confectionery bag.

  4. Add the mixture with the olive oil in the flour mixture. Mix well with a mixer until smooth.

  5. Put the dough into the pastry bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and make churros with a confectionery bag.

  7. Bake churros on each side until golden brown.
