EASY PORK, BEEF OR CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE

Are you a fan of curry? or are you one of those mom that is looking for an easy way to cook a meal the kids will surely love.
Here it is! Sharing my easy way to cook curry. You can replace pork with beef or chicken but in this recipe I used pork.
Ingredients:
1pc. onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
3 to 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 slice ginger
half kilo pork liempo sliced into desired size
1 can Evaporated milk
3tbsp. curry powder
2pcs potato sliced into cubes
Let's get it on!
Procedure:
- Heat the pan hot enough then saute onion, ginger and lastly garlic.
- Add the pork and saute until cooked through.
- Pour in Evaporated milk and then mix in the curry powder
- (YES! no water pls)
- Add in the potatoes
- Mix and Cover
- Simmer for 15mins mixing it gradually to prevent the milk from burning underneath the pan.
VIOLA! YOU ARE DONE BESTIE!
SERVE HOT WITH RICE YUM!YUM!YUM!
Wasn't that easy as 1,2,3? i know it may look complicated for beginners but trust me this recipe works. (wink!)
