Yum... We love that here in Baguio City especially when its cold and freezing. We have, what I would consider the best mami houses here to based on Baguio people taste. This post got me hungry.

Yup, you definitely should. Try places here in Baguio like Cathy's and Rose... Even my husband once sold pancit mami for additional allowance, you know, those stainless steel containers with steaming beef broth, pancit miki with a lot of garlic, chili paste, black pepper, with bits of beef... yummy..
