Chicken cheese balls

For the outer covering
Chicken mince half kg
Dried parsley - 1 tsp
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Onion powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Egg - 1
For the filling
Mozzarella cheese - 100 g ( Grated )
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - a pinch
For coating
Egg white - 3
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
INSTRUCTIONS
All all the ingredients for the outer covering in a bowl and mix well smooth mixture.
Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Apply little oil in your palms.
Take a small lemon size portion of the chicken mixture and slightly flatten it.
Keep a tsp of filling in the centre and bring the ends together to make a round.
Make all the balls.
Then dip it in the egg white and finally coat the ball with the bread crumbs.
Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in frying pan.
Deep fry the balls on medium heat till golden brown from all the sides.
Drain on a plate lined with kitchen tissue.
Serve hot with Ketchup, mayo or any other sauce.
