The Biryani Story.
When it comes to the love of my eating, there are some dishes which stand out than the others, One of them is Biryani. I just love a good Biryani. It's actually one of my Top 5 dishes to have at any time.
So I thought why not give out a recipe for it to be cooked in home in the comfort of your kitchen.
INGREDIENTS
1kg Chicken breast
Salt
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies
Sauted onion slices
Cumin
Lemon juice
Curd
Rice
Biryani masala
Oil
METHOD OF COOKING
Clean the meat, than in a pan add the meat, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, sauted onions, cumin, curd ,etc and mix them well.
Cook them slightly.
Now put in half cooked rice.
Mix them together but gently and add in the biryani masala according to your liking.
Add butter or ghee to the mix and let it steam for about 20-30 minutes on low flame.
You can garnish it with boiled eggs or boiled and fried potatoes.
PS: If you are willing to go through it all the way, the taste might get better if you use saffron instead of butter or ghee.
I hope you guys would love to cook some at home.
Don't get disappointed if it doesn't work on the first try I remember clearly that the first time I cooked Biryani was a complete disaster, so don't worry failure is permitted as long as you get it done in the end.
