The Rule I have is weird.
If I sleep at 9 PM tonight there is no way I will be able to sleep at 8 PM after Today.
If I want to change that cycle I have to push my Sleeping Time backwards by 1 Hour each Day until it takes a Whole Circle to reach 8 PM again.
I know its complicated but that's how my Body Works.
Yup bizarre indeed
