Ingredients:
Wheat flour-170 g
Butter-125 g
Sugar-200 g
Egg — 3 PCs.
Yogurt-150 g
Cocoa-40 g
Water-60 ml
Vanilla — 1 pinch
Soda — ½ tsp.
Salt - ½ tsp.
Milk chocolate-90 g
Dark chocolate — 30 g
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine the sugar and room temperature butter until creamy. Then add the eggs and mix thoroughly by hand or with a mixer.
2. In a separate plate, mix flour, soda and salt and add portions to the oil mixture.
3. Add yogurt, mixing thoroughly.
4. In a separate plate, mix the cocoa with warm water, if the mass seems too dry — add a couple more drops. Make sure not to form lumps.
5. Separate a third of the dough (about 260 g) in a separate container and mix it with diluted cocoa. In the remaining white batter, add vanilla.
6. Grease a baking dish with butter and put layers: first half of white dough, then chocolate and top with the second half white.
7. Bake the cake in an oven heated to 180 ºC for 45-55 minutes.
8. Remove the cooled cake from the mold and turn it upside down.
9. Melt in a water bath or the chocolate fondue (milk first) and cover them with the upper part of the finished cupcake. Then melt the black and paint the stains.
