Cheesecake Easter.

 Ingredients:
800 g cottage cheese,
2 cups sugar
100 g butter 0.5 cups of sour cream,peeled and crushed almonds,raisins,5 eggs,
0.5 teaspoon of salt.

Method of preparation:
Cheese twice through a sieve,add sour cream and mix well.
Oil rubbed white with sugar,gradually add eggs and continue to grind until complete dissolution of sugar crystals.Then, the mass to combine with cottage cheese,add washed and dried raisins seedless,almonds.
Fill the form mass,cover the bowl with a small load and put in the fridge for 1-2 days.
Finished Easter to lay out on a dish,coat with cream and decorate as desired.
