CHICKEN POT PIE
Ingredients:
- Cream cheese 250 grams
Ham 200 gr
- Grated cheese 200 gr
- Puff pastry
- 1.4 tsp. garlic salt
- Boiled chicken
Preparation:
1. Boil the chicken and let it cool completely
2. Grate cheese, chop the ham cubes, tear the chicken into fibers
3. Add garlic salt and cream cheese
4. Roll out the dough and cut into 8 equal strips
5. Put the dough in a circle to make a "sun"
6. Put the filling to make a circle and close the pie
7. Brush the dough with egg yolk and bake until Golden brown
