Good Food and Living and Loving My Busy Life!
Luck was on my side and I scored a floor putti candelabra so I have to drive across town to pick it up which means I have to leave lunch made (and it some for breakfast while I'm at it!)
Kale, arugula, slivered almonds, strawberries and cucumbers with a berry and wine vinegar vinaigrette....
Served alongside some rigatoni with homemade vodka sauce that I think I was a little too generous with and lots of freshly grated parmigiano my aunt brought me back from Italy! Mangia!
I've been busy as usual and I seem to pile more on my plate lol. My dog is doing better so I had my upstairs balcony/deck off of my bedroom made into my pups outdoor area complete with artificial grass (feels so real!) and a new custom dayhouse and new toys. That way I know no one wanders into my property and tries to feed them something funny.
I'm also excited about a teleconference I'll be attending to continue with my lifelong studies as a member of the Rosicrucian society. So excited for this too!
Being busy is definitely how my life runs but I don't think I'd have it any other way. "Good things come to those who hustle." By following this saying I have seen my work pay off and it's been over 7 years where the only credit card I use is my debit card and my shift card that's linked to my bitcoin account. Well at least I know you understand about being busy and trying to keep up on everything! haha! Beautiful food and photos and I love the part about "those who hustle"! It is true though and people like us usually sleep hard at night too (if we are not lying awake thinking about all we need to do the next day!).
