CHICKEN TARAGON

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chicken breast.
  2. Cream.
  3. Milk.
  4. Black pepper.
  5. Targon leaves.
  6. Salt.
  7. Chicken cube.

    8.Butter or Olive oil

METHOD:
Cut the chicken breast into flays .Take a grill pen add butter or olive oil and when oil get heated or butter melts add flays and grilled each side 3 min.After 3 min put chicken a side.

Now FOR SAUCE:
Take butter about one table spoon and add one cup of cream at slow flame and let it cook then add 1 chicken cube and 3 pinches of black pepper and slat according to you taste cook cream until its water evaporate and get thick then add 2 cups of milk but first add one cup and mixed or all cream into milk and then add 2nd cup and mixed it well .When your sauce get thick add 2tps of targon leaves and mixed it well.Add grilled chicken in a sauce and let cook it for 5 min at slow flame.Your delicious chicken targon is ready.
