How to cook sardine fish pindang

To cook sardines is the most delicious use of tuna fish but the price is quite expensive. Therefore choose a cheap pindang fish but not less delicious :))

Sardine Fish Pindang ala @doaibukdanbapak
Material :
2 fish of salmon pindang
3 cm galangal
3 pieces of orange leaf
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 glass of boiled water
Salt to taste
Sugar, to taste
Powdered broth, to taste
Iris:
4 onions
2 cloves of garlic
3 pieces of red tomatoes
15 pieces of chili pepper
2 large red peppers
How to cook :
• Fry the fish half-baked. Set aside
• Saute the spices with ginger & lime leaves until fragrant. pour water, give salt, sugar & powder broth. • Add chili sauce. flavor correction. let until the tomatoes slightly wilted
• Then enter the fish. stirring, cooking up the water.
